There is no time limit for healing and I want to be sure that you are in this relationship because you are finding value in our work together.
I guide you through this process in the way that works best for your own healing. One stage of the process may take longer than another, but each stage is important. After years as a licensed therapist and as a high-achiever myself, I know that this process works.
When we work together, you will be encouraged to meet with me 1x/week.
It is strongly recommended that you schedule a consistent, ongoing appointment day and time. Having and keeping this appointment consistent contributes to the continuity, comfort, and effectiveness of the coaching process. Somatic practice takes, well, practice and consistency to truly see results.
What your sessions will look like
In each 1:1 Somatic Coaching session, we embark on a holistic exploration of your inner world. Our journey consists of three core components:

Mind-Body Practices:
We begin with gentle yet powerful mind-body practices. These techniques are designed to reconnect you with your body's wisdom, allowing you to release stored tension, stress, and trauma from the inside out. Through mindfulness, embodiment, and somatic practices, you'll learn to listen to your body's cues, promoting a profound sense of relaxation and rejuvenation, as well as heart-centered behavior change, and empowered decision-making.

Space for Unpacking:
Your sessions provide a safe and supportive space for unpacking what feels salient in your life. We delve deep into your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, guiding you to explore your inner landscape with curiosity and compassion. This process fosters self-awareness and insights that are essential for personal growth and healing.

Planning for Transformation:
Together, we create a personalized plan for transformation. You'll identify at least one actionable step that resonates with your unique journey. This step becomes a catalyst for positive change, helping you move towards a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
The cost of individual sessions:
$250 per session
If you are interested in exploring somatic healing, the first step is to apply. We always want to make sure we are a good fit as we are entering a therapeutic coaching relationship together. Occasionally, someone will be at a place where they need a licensed therapist instead of a coaching relationship. This application helps me determine what will be best for your self-identified needs and goals.

Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching operates under a support model. When we work together in this way, I will be supporting you towards your specific and self-identified goals for wellbeing or self-improvement.
It’s important to note, that while I am also a licensed therapist, this is not mental health counseling. Licensed Therapists work under a Medical Model that is focused on assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental illness. If you need support with a mental illness, I will refer you to a licensed therapist or healthcare provider.

In order to start our work together, you will need to complete the application form which will help me gather information about you and your needs, as well as determine if coaching is appropriate.

When entering into somatic coaching, it is strongly recommended that you are scheduled for a consistent, ongoing appointment day and time. Having and keeping this appointment consistent contributes to the continuity, comfort, and effectiveness of the coaching process. Your consistent attendance and participation greatly contributes to a successful outcome. Therefore, you will be encouraged to meet with me weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) at the start of coaching.
We may choose to move to 1x/month appointments once we both agree you have met your specific coaching goals and have entered a maintenance phase.

When we talk about soft skills, optimizing, and high-achievement it can be easy to assume it is through the lens of your career. This is not career coaching specifically, but learning soft skills will help in your career as you will have amplified energy.

This is going to be a really annoying answer…it depends. Healing isn’t linear and there is no specific timeline. I have a process I guide everyone through and a step in the process can take one session or ten sessions.
Things that can determine how many sessions you will need:
Your life experience and current needs
Your experience with talk therapy
Your experience with somatic therapy
Your willingness to practice our techniques between sessions
This is your journey to living a fully embodied life. We can meet as often or as little as you need.

A therapeutic relationship is very personal. I always want to make sure that I am able to help you in the way that you need and that we are a good fit for each other. Instead of paying for a session to find this out, my application helps me guide people to the right practitioner in case somatic coaching is not a good fit.
